Transport
DAS Conference will be held in Suceava, a town located in the Northern part of the country, at about 450 km from Bucharest, the capital of Romania. The airport in Suceava can accomodate both internal and international flights. There are many companies having international flights to Bucharest - (including Tarom) or Timisoara - (including Carpatair) connected with internal flights to Suceava.
From Bucharest you may also take the Intercity CFR train to Suceava (for about a 7 hours trip). Please consult the time schedule for Bucharest to Suceava and Suceava to Bucharest to see the best connections to your flights.
Accomodation
Rooms for participants could be booked at either Gloria, Villa Alice, Continental, Conacul Domnesc or Hotel Imperium hotels.
Meals
Participants can have both lunch and dinner in campus at the University restaurant (4-6 EUR) or at restaurants Latino, Ristorante Da Vinci, Taco Loco located in the city center (8-18 EUR) or at Conacul Domnesc located at about 3 km from the University campus.
