DAS 2012 - Registration
Conference Registration Fees
Full registration fee (225 EUR / 175 EUR for IEEE members) includes:
- attendance at all scientific programs;
- a copy of the Proceedings book and CD;
- access to cofee-breaks;
- daily meals;
- invitation to the cocktail party;
- a trip in the Northern part of the country.
Accompanying person fee (175 EUR) includes:
- attendance at all scientific programs;
- access to cofee-breaks;
- daily meals;
- invitation to the cocktail party;
- a trip in the Northern part of the country.
Discounted registration fee (100 EUR / 75 EUR for IEEE student members) includes:
- attendance at all scientific programs;
- a copy of the Proceedings book and CD;
- access to cofee-breaks.
Discounted fees are granted to all students and Ph.D. candidates. A discounted fee may be granted in certain special conditions, by request.
Note: Participants from partner institutions benefit from the contractual facilities.
Official Language
The official language of DAS 2012 Conference is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Badges and Security
Paticipants are requested to wear their personal badges while in the Conference venue and during the Social Events, as it is the single official entrance pass to all activities. For the Social Events, banquet, visits, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding tickets.
Attendance Certificate
Attendance Certificates will be issued by the Secretariat to the registered participants.
Medical Insurance
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding the medical insurance during travel and during the Conference. Neither the Organization nor the Secretariat are able to accept any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their belongings during the Conference.
All conference attendees must complete the registration form before the 29th of April 2012.
