Conference Registration Fees
Full registration fee (250 EUR / 1.250 RON or 200 EUR / 1.000 RON for IEEE active members) includes
- attendance at all scientific programs;
- a copy of the Proceedings on USB;
- the official Conference bag;
- access to coffee-breaks;
- daily meals;
- invitation to the cocktail party and official dinner.
Accompanying person fee (175 EUR / 875 RON) includes:
- attendance at all scientific programs;
- the official Conference bag;
- access to coffee-breaks;
- daily meals;
- invitation to the cocktail party and official dinner.
Discounted registration fee (100 EUR / 500 RON or 75 EUR / 375 RON for IEEE student members) includes:
- attendance at all scientific programs;
- a copy of the Proceedings on USB;
- the official Conference bag;
- access to coffee-breaks.
Discounted fees are granted to all students and Ph.D. candidates. The discounted fee is valid for one paper. If you have two papers, you should consider paying the full registration fee. A discounted fee may also be granted in certain special conditions, by request. Participants from partner institutions benefit from the contractual facilities.

A scanned copy of the transfer order, confirmed by the Bank, must be sent - before the final registration deadline, to:
das-at-eed.usv.ro
with the subject line "DAS2024-PaperID-RegistrationFee" (DAS2024-25-RegistrationFee if your paper has 25 as ID in OpenConf). Invoices will be issued at the Registration Desk and/or sent by E-mail. For the fees paid by the institutions from Romania, we will upload the electronic version of the invoice in the e-Factura interface.
As we should pay our supliers in advance, no refunds are possible.
The payment notification has been sent by Email, to the accepted papers contact authors.
Publication and No-Show Policy
Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain any plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference or journal at the same time (double submission). Please see the IEEE Web Page on Plagiarism and the IEEE Web Page on Double Submission.
Important: To be published in the DAS2024 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate. According to IEEE policy, each paper must be presented by one author of the paper.
Presentations must be made by one co-author of the paper, to ensure that questions can be appropriately handled at the end of the presentation. As such, no presentation by a non-author will be allowed. Non-adherence to this policy will result in the paper being potentially dropped from IEEE Xplore. Please make sure that you obtain all travel documents in a timely manner, as it is the responsibility of the authors to ensure presentation by one of them. In special cases, we will be able to offer technical support for online/remote presentations (with audio and video support).
Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE-formatted, camera-ready version of the paper.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the DAS2024 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

25.05.2024 - Trip - location to be announced (you will have to opt-in at the Registration Desk and cover the cost at the moment of on-site arival)
Official Language
The official language of the DAS 2024 Conference is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Badges and Security
Participants are requested to wear their personal badges while at the Conference venue and during the Social Events, as it is the single official entrance pass to all activities. For the Social Events, banquet, visits, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding tickets.
Attendance Certificate
Attendance Certificates will be issued by the Secretariat and handed to participants on the last day of the Conference.
Medical Insurance
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding the medical insurance during travel and during the Conference. Neither the Organization nor the Secretariat is able to accept any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their belongings during the Conference.
