DAS 2022 - Registration
Conference Registration Technical Fees
Full registration fee (125 EUR / 625 RON or 100 EUR / 500 RON for IEEE active members) includes:
- a maximum of 2(two) papers presented at the conference;
- attendance at all on-site and on-line scientific programs;
Discounted registration fee / Student fee (25 EUR / 125 RON) includes:
- a maximum of 1(one) paper presented at the conference (if you are a student and have 2(two) papers, you should consider a 50 EUR / 250 RON registration fee);
- attendance at all on-site and on-line scientific programs;
The registration fee should be paid exclusivelly by using Bank transfer, in RON (Romanian Lei), to the following account:

A scanned copy of the transfer order, confirmed by the Bank, has to be sent - before the final registration deadline, to:
das-at-eed.usv.ro
with the subject line "DAS2022-RegistrationFee-PaperID". Invoices will be issued and will be handed out to the corresponding authors during the Conference.
Do not make any payments before the moment your submission has been accepted as refunds are not possible.
Publication and No-Show Policy
Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain any plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference or journal at the same time (double submission). Please see the IEEE Web Page on Plagiarism and the IEEE Web Page on Double Submission.
Important: To be published in the DAS2022 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate. According to IEEE policy, each paper must be presented by one author of the paper.
Presentations must be made by one co-author of the paper, to ensure that questions can be appropriately handled at the end of the presentation. As such, no presentation by a non-author will be allowed. Non-adherence to this policy will result in the paper being potentially dropped from IEEE Xplore. Please make sure that you obtain all travel documents in a timely manner, as it is the responsibility of the authors to ensure presentation by one of them. In special cases, we will be able to offer technical support for online/remote presentations (with audio and video support).
Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE-formatted, camera-ready version of the paper.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE DAS2022 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Official Language
The official language of the DAS 2022 Conference is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Badges and Security
Participants are requested to wear their personal badges while at the Conference venue and during the Social Events, as it is the single official entrance pass to all activities. For the Social Events, banquet, visits, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding tickets.
Attendance Certificate
Attendance Certificates will be issued by the Secretariat and handed to participants on the last day of the Conference.
Medical Insurance
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding the medical insurance during travel and during the Conference. Neither the Organization nor the Secretariat is able to accept any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their belongings during the Conference.
